Run by highly experienced professionals, the PMO is capable of setting-up and delivering complex projects in a seamless and timely manner. Upon completion, the Program is transferred to the Client in an outsourced arrangement (BOT - Build / Operate / Transfer) via a unique and well-documented process methodology. This allows the Client to focus on its core competency.
Proworks presently enjoys a good working relationship with several Partners and Principals in the industry. This arrangement has allowed Proworks and the various vendors it partners with, to integrate and operate seamlessly in a systematic manner. This relationship has also allowed us to document a working model among the various parties involved.
